Drop Shipping

We collect from the manufacturer and deliver directly to our customer and in this way we:

• Minimise cost with only 1 shipping charge
• Avoid delaying the shipment by delivering directly
• Avoid damage by not double handling products
• Avoid waste by not repackaging
• Minimise our environmental impact by reducing 'product miles'

Shippers

Unless asked otherwise:

• We use the various shippers and we have negotiated beneficial rates for the appropriate services.

Shipping Charges

Include:

• Packaging costs (if applicable)
• Collection
• Insurance (if applicable)
• Shipping
• Fuel surcharge
• Customs clearance
• Shipper's VAT/Duty fee
• Import duty (if applicable)
• Import VAT (if applicable)
• Delivery

Our Charges

For clarity:

• We do not build any shipping charges into product pricing
• We pass on all shipping discounts
• We do not mark up shipping charges
• We minimise the cost by drop shipping
• We calculate charges as accurately as possible
• We operate an 'open book' policy on shipping charges
• We work with the manufacturer and HMRC to ensure we don't incur unnecessary duty charges
