With two C840 QUAD Certification Testers, the Noyes C880 QUAD
Certification Test Kit tests and troubleshoots both multi-mode and
single mode fibre links. Certification reports can be produced using
the PC software provided. The testers may be used alone as power
meters, light sources or visual fault locators. |

The TURBOTEST 500B Series offers the latest technology in a single
fiber bi-directional loss and return loss testing. The T500B is a
handheld fiber optic test and measurement instrument. It performs
Optical Power, Optical Return Loss, and Optical Loss measurements.
Five compact models are available, including the three wavelength
(1310/1550/1625) T506B and (1310/1550/1490) T506B-FTTH. An optional
dedicated digital talk option is available for full time/full duplex
communication between test operators while testing other fibers in a
bundle.
The T500B can store up to 1000 records (40 files) in any
combination of its four operating modes and if any configuration other
than TRIPLE wavelength is selected. If the configuration is TRIPLE
wavelength, the T500B can store up to 500 records (40 files). Stored
test results can be transferred to a PC for a complete report
generation.
Powered by an internal rechargeable Lithium-lon battery, the T500B
comes with protective rubber boots, PC software and manual, AC
adapter/charger, RS-232 serial cable, APC/UPC reference cable, adapter
cap, mandrel, screwdriver, hex screwdriver, warranty registration
card, user’s guide, and carry case. |

The multi-functional j2waves Handheld Network Link Tester (HNLT) is
a rugged, portable instrument that offers the performance and
durability required in a field tool. Users can count on its
reliability when installing, maintaining and troubleshooting various
links in optical networks. This sophisticated device incorporates a
Variable Optical Attenuator (VOA), an Input Power Meter, and an Output
Power Controller – perfect tools for performing a comprehensive series
of on-site tests. Standard applications of the Handheld Network Link
Tester include: transceiver optical performance testing, transmission
characteristic tests, system accuracy testing, and auto levelling

The j2waves Handheld Polarimeter (HPOM) has been designed to
incorporate many complex features including log / linear display
modes, auto-ranging wavelength detection, user-defined calibration
options, and reference measurements. The SOP is measured and displayed
simultaneously with Poincare Sphere on a 3.5” TFT color screen. When
combined with a touch screen and userfriendly GUI, the Handheld
Polarimeter is an easy-to-use, handheld tool that enables technicians
to perform varied and complex polarization analyses – without the need
for heavy or bulky equipment |

The j2waves Handheld Wavelength and Power Meter (HWPM) measures both
wavelength and optical power of optical signals. It is an economical,
accurate, easy-to-use handheld unit. The HWPM is suitable for testing
single-mode optical systems, and also ideal for FTTx, WDM PON tests.
The unit is designed to operate in the rough fibre cable installation
and maintenance environments.
In addition to precise measurement of optical wavelengths and power,
the HWPM is also loaded with complex features such as log/linear
display modes, auto-ranging wavelength detection, user-defined
calibration and reference measurement. When combined with a touch
screen and user-friendly GUI, the Handheld Wavelength and Power Meter
is an easy-to-use, handheld tool that enables technicians to perform
varied and complex wavelength and power analysis – without the need

The j2waves Handheld Polarization Synthesizer (HPOS) is a handheld
instrument that generates and sustains any state of polarisation
(SOP), regardless of the input SOP. This instrument can be used as an
SOP generator, polarisation controller, or polarisation tracker. Based
on Lightwaves2020’s innovative and proprietary research of liquid
crystal cells and polarisation, the Handheld Polarization Synthesizer
is able to consistently and reliably generate, control, and track SOP,
is able to operate independently from the input SOP and is insensitive
to input fluctuation.
The j2waves HPOS provides many useful, complex features, such as
log/linear display modes, auto-ranging wavelength detection,
user-defined calibration and reference measurements. The SOP
measurement and Poincaré Sphere are simultaneously displayed on a 3.5”
TFT colour screen. Combined with a touch screen and user-friendly
interface, the HPOS is an easy to use handheld tool enabling
technicians to perform various polarisation tasks such as measurement,
