Inaccessible and high density fibre connectors are difficult to clean in situ and often need to be removed from panels to reach the ferrule end face.

BBN International announces the Seikoh Giken Ferrule Mate fibre connector cleaner. The disposable tool is capable of over 300 individual cleans. It operates automatically to wind on fresh cleaning ribbon and rotate to achieve an optimum clean. The tip fits into adaptors and can be tilted to easily go into angled front panel connectors or other tight spots.
